Join a friendly, focused group fitness session designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and get into great shape — all in a welcoming outdoor environment.
Held every Monday and Thursday from 8–9PM at Pioneer Billys, these sessions combine strength and endurance work to challenge your whole body. Expect two rounds of structured strength-based training followed by an energising endurance finisher — all scalable to your level..
We provide all the equipment — just bring water and wear something you can move in.

121 Coaching
Personalised, one to one coaching programs to work towards your own specific goals for how you want your fitness. We work with all demographics, with clients who are focused on perfecting their netball training, with other clients who just want to get moving and stay healthy. Training and coaching is a blend of outdoors or within the FAST container in the event of poor weather.
Sessions take place at the FAST container gym, Pioneer Billy’s Camping and Glamping, TR14 9AP
We encourage you to bring along your own water, but we have some available just incase.
Toilets are available.
What you wear is important when training with nature.
In the summer months a hat and light clothes to protect from the sun is essential.
When nature decides the land need watering a light rain jacket and trousers are suggested.
On cold days lots of light layers are preferable, so you can take layers off as you work harder.
REMEMBER
Session can take place outdoors in ALL ELEMENTS.
However, in extreme weather we train in the container gym
Be prepared for mud making its way onto your clothing and body.
FAST Coaches will provide bowls of warm water to wash yourself down at the end of the sessionson.
